A deposit of $200 (Low Season) & $1400.00 (Shoulder & Peak Season, $700.00 upon booking & further $700.00 due mid-year) is required within at the time of making the booking to confirm. Balance of account is payable on arrival.
All effort will be made by Management to place guests in a requested unit.
Where circumstances beyond our control prevents this, an alternative unit will be allocated.
Low Season - Bookings cancelled 14 days or over prior to occupancy will attract a $50 administration fee. For bookings cancelled less than 14 days prior to occupancy there will be no refund.
Shoulder & Peak Season – Bookings cancelled 28 days or over prior to occupancy will attract a $50 administration fee. For bookings cancelled less than 28 days prior to occupancy there will be no refund.
In case of no-show or cancellation on the day of arrival, the total price of the reservation will be charged.
We highly recommend you have an appropriate level of travel insurance to cover for the unexpected.
Unless otherwise advised by you, in writing immediately, acceptance and agreement to this Cancellation Policy is assumed.

PLEASE NOTE: All clients under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian. The property has the right to refuse any booking when the legal guardian over 18 cannot provide a current photo ID or proof of guardianship if requested upon check-in. Guests are required to present a valid government-issued photo ID upon check-in.
